The children in P4 and 5 welcomed local historian Joe Cassidy to their classroom today. Joe has a great interest in the war and has collected a vast range of ww2 memorabilia over the years. The children asked questions and even got to handle the artefacts. There were numerous medals, memorial plaques, trench art, a gas mask and much more on display. It was a great honour to have Joe visit our school today and we are very thankful.
