P6 and P7 had a really enjoyable afternoon as they attended the local Bee Safe event in the Ecclesville center in Fintona. The event was run by the Policing and Community Safety Partnership and the children got the chance to learn about different ways that they need to stay safe. As they all get older and some prepare for secondary school they will be taking on more responsibility for their behaviour, meeting new people and becoming more independent.
The event was really informative and discussed Road safety, Internet safety, Fire safety, Water safety as well as staying safe around electricity and how to stay safe on public transport.
