It was wonderful to see such a great turn out of grandparents at our recent assembly on Thursday 14th March. The whole school performed wonderfully showcasing their talents with their singing, instrumental playing, poem reciting and memory sharing.
It was a lovely celebration for the pupils to show their gratitude and appreciation of how special their grandparents are and we fondly remember any grandparents who are sadly not with us anymore.
The pupils produced beautiful wall displays which included paintings, fond memories, pictures and stories. This was enjoyed immensely by everybody with a few tears of laughter thrown in for good measure.
Primary 6 and 7 also performed a short play to tell the Story of Saint Patrick. Well done everyone.
