We were delighted to meet Dr Elizabeth Welty, the Mood Ambassador for the Neuronimo Programme. Elizabeth presents the well being programme to the children interactively every day. The pupils enjoy this excellent programme which promotes positive mental health and well-being. Elizabeth demonstrated how this can benefit our daily lifes and create healthy habits using breathing, movement and visualisation exercises. Some of the boys and girls and indeed staff were starstruck at meeting her today in person. Elizabeth was very impressed with the the children’s knowledge of how the brain works and the techniques they are already using. #reversethetrend
