Primary 6 and 7 participated in the ‘Food and Fitness’ Programme developed by the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland to help teach primary school children about the benefits of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
Due to current Covid- 19 restrictions, the interactive presentation has been delivered via video. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed all aspects from colourful props, games, a fun exercise session and even a Food and Fitness rap. Some of our pupils even performed confident, energetic and exuberant group raps with Mrs Kelly.
