A huge thank you to Claire for the brilliant delivery of the REACH programme. The pupils enjoyed the range of activities each week. They are much more aware of ways to help manage their emotions and feelings. All the pupils gained so much from this 6 week programme from calming/ breathing exercises, games, puppets and Buddy the teddy dog who is the weight of a puppy to help us relax and become grounded in the here and now. #empoweringyoungminds #wellbeing
