We celebrated Safer Internet Day on 11th February and this year's theme was 'Too good to be true'. The children explored what that meant and participated in the BBCteach live lesson with interactive activities. Our digital leaders Ronan, Oisin and Brian Óg created and presented a brilliant and informative PowerPoint on internet safety. We also worked in groups and designed informative and eye-catching pic collage posters to inform others on how to stay safe online. Lastly they created fantastic posters to a superb standard and the three lucky winners were Faye Harkin, Shane Maguire and Bella Dunne. Remember if it seems 'Too good to be true', then avoid and be scam wise.
