A day to remember at Knocknagor! Everyone had a fantastic time celebrating Pancake Tuesday. A huge shoutout to Chef Vera who was a dab hand with the pan! Served up with delicious toppings of their choice, pupils were full of smiles, full bellies and sticky fingers! Unfortunately we lost the majority of photos after our iPad experienced a technical fault. We are hoping to resolve the issue and fingers crossed we can recover them to share!
